Installation

Installation costs are billed at $120 per hour and include the following:

• Unlimited Everything - No matter how many users, workstations or servers you have in your business, installation costs are always the same low price.

Support

Unfortunately, all technology, open source or otherwise, can run into trouble. This can be as simple as a missed update, or as complex as a kernel panic. In any case, we are here to support you and your investment.

Support is also charged at $120 per hour.

Support is available via the following methods:

• Phone Support - Need help now? Feel free to give us a call.

• Online Support - With response times measured in hours, not days.

• On-Site support - Need something fixed on-site? No problem.

Unlike our competitors we do not charge per user or workstation. This means that with us you are not penalized for hiring new employees.

Miscellaneous Charges

• Work After Hours - Work tended to outside of our normal operating hours will be subject to a 50% surcharge.
• Mileage - On-site work is subject to a $0.50 per mile surcharge.

Notes

• Minimum one (1) hour charge for work.
• No refunds for services provided, except in rare circumstances.
• All invoices must be paid within 14 days of the date of receipt.
